Dear Hidahl ,

Thank you for your service. We ask that you will support the citizens of our community as we attempt to stop a pattern of disregard for public trust. We are speaking of commitments made by Mr. Parker and Parker Development Company (PDC) for Open Space on the Old Executive Golf Course.

Once again Mr. Parker and PDC are attempting to renege on promises made to maintain Open Space by building 763 medium-high density homes in the area known as Westside Planning Area.

We moved here based upon the promise of Open Space and we understand that other residents who were made this same promise have prevailed legally for this same breach.

We need your help stopping this ongoing disregard for our community trust. We urge you to NOT rezone of the Old Executive Golf Course.  Keep that property open space, recreational.

Sincerely yours,

your name

  1. Cheryl and I have lived in this community since 1989…We do not support this measure…Mr. Parker has plenty of land and does not need to make our community entrance into an eyesore…This area has gated our entrance since El Dorado Hills began. Long before Parker…Our citizens worked hard to establish the General Plan. It should remain as land which will serve the entire community as parkland or some other community usage. The present zoning should remain in place. His future developments should comply to present zoning which we worked so hard to establish. Thank you…
