El Dorado County Planning Commission meeting on June 9th, 2022 at 8:30am in regards to the CEDHSP /Old Executive Golf Course Rezone.  The BOARD unanimously voted NO!!! They DENIED the project!!! 

(The NEXT STEP is to have the Board of Supervisors DENY the project as well.)

New Proposals tossed into the Central EDH mixMountain Democrat  5/12/2021

This article describes how they wish to REZONE the recreational space known as the “old executive golf course” and put a total of 1,200 dwelling units (1,000 independent living and 200 assisted living) on the property.  In addition, 263 single-family residential units at a density between 1-14 units per acre on the area known at Pedregal and Serrano West, PLUS 300 multi-family residential units at a density of 14-24 units per acre!
